9th General Education Expo

The General Education Center will hold its annual General Education Expo from December 3 to 4, with the opening ceremony taking place at noon on December 3 (Tuesday) in front of the Phase 4 Teaching Building on the First Campus. This year’s Expo theme is “Exploring SDGsology.”

The two-day event is packed with food and gifts. In addition to showcasing students’ rich works and assignments from various courses, the venue features interactive activities combining hands-on experiences and quizzes. Highlights include: art weaving workshops using agricultural waste materials from new immigrants, cross-disciplinary creations combining sound design and plant-printed plaster molds, solar-powered phone charging, organic mini-gardens using composted food waste, military dependents’ village cuisine prepared by veteran mothers, and tastings of rice and vegetable products from food and agriculture education. This year, the “Teacher Chang Foundation” tour bus also visits our campus, offering students opportunities for self-exploration and psychological counseling through the Expo, promoting mental health on campus.
